Had an awesome time in the guest room with 2 double beds. The mattress and bedding made sleeping a dream. The space had cable channels, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness center and enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. Restaurant served delicious food, while the bar staff was super friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Westin Long Beach for two nights. The location is perfect. close to the beach and downtown, making it easy to explore. The room was quite nice and comfortable, especially the bedding. However, I noticed some issues with cleanliness. The bathtub needed a good scrubbing, and I found rust stains that were quite off-putting. The carpet had several stains too, which made the room feel less than pristine. The front desk staff were friendly, but I had trouble checking in because there seemed to be confusion about my reservation. There were multiple charges to my credit card that weren't explained clearly, which was frustrating. I appreciated the quick service at the restaurant, but the food quality was just average. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, but the location and comfort of the bed did make it enjoyable.

The hotel offered great facilities, very convenient for attending my meetings. I also enjoyed the decent bar and food service in the conference rooms, made my work days a bit smoother.

Had a decent time here. The room was pretty basic and could really use some upgrades, especially the flat carpet. Staff was nice enough though. Enjoyed the bar area for a few drinks, but check-in was a hassle and wifi issues were annoying. Just a heads up for future guests!

Conveniently situated just a block and a half from our anniversary dinner restaurant, it offered easy access to nearby bars and eateries. The room was clean and included ample towels, and a nice city view with a hint of water. Staff provided exceptional service and made our stay memorable, which is why we plan to return soon. Free breakfast and parking for our little dog were excellent perks. Only drawback was the ongoing renovations, but they didn’t disrupt our peaceful stay.
